The Beltex Patio Blind is operated by a hand operated crank.

When the blind has been lowered, the bottom bar is locked in place. The Patio blind can be stopped in any pre-determined position and with the locking of the bottom bar the blind is tightened.

This leaves the BeLtex Patio Blind able to withstand wind, rain and the elements.
